How do we coordinate meetings and schedules?
Costa Rica stays on UTC-6 all year, with no daylight saving changes. That makes it easy to meet during working hours with Mexico and Central America, and we agree on comfortable days and times for teams in Colombia, Peru, Ecuador, Chile or Argentina.
